Under our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. The item(s) must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging. If the item or packaging is altered or damaged, it will be ineligible for return. Returns after 30 days of purchase of original receipt may be accepted for replacement only. Buyer will be responsible for the cost to return the item(s).
If you receive a product from us that you deem to be damaged, faulty, or with manufacturers defect, please contact us for a replacement and/or exchange. Lock & Load Transport USA will cover the cost of return shipping upon inspection of the defective item(s). All faulty or defective items will be replaced with an identical product and sent to you free of charge within 30 days of receiving your returned item. If we determine that the product is not faulty or defective we will provide an explanation of that determination via e-mail and return the item to you.
