Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lock and Load Transport USA – we know that you will love it. Please know that we stand behind our products with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don't worry we've got you covered -- just give us a call or email to discuss a replacement and/or exchange. 

Under our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. The item(s) must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging. If the item or packaging is altered or damaged, it will be ineligible for return. Returns after 30 days of purchase of original receipt may be accepted for replacement only. Buyer will be responsible for the cost to return the item(s). 

If you receive a product from us that you deem to be damaged, faulty, or with manufacturers defect, please contact us for a replacement and/or exchange. Lock & Load Transport USA will reimburse the cost of return shipping upon inspection of the defective item(s). All faulty or defective items will be replaced with an identical product and sent to you free of charge within 30 days of receiving your returned item. If we determine that the product is not faulty or defective we will provide an explanation of that determination via e-mail and return the item to you.
